All Registered Homestay Hosts have been checked for safety, comfort and cleanliness
All registered properties listed on our official Homestay website are inspected by a member of the Homestay team to ensure they meet the Homestay standards for cleanliness, comfort, and fire safety regulations.
In registering as a Homestay Host the scheme provides Public Liability Insurance for your visitors should an accident happen.
In the Isle of Man, it is illegal to provide accommodation to paying guests, unless registered with the Department of Enterprise Tourism Division or registered on the Homestay Scheme (only to operate TT® and Festival of Motorcycling).
Where possible try to resolve the issue with your Homestay host. If you are unable to resolve the problem directly, please let us know as soon as possible, by getting in touch using the details on the Contact page.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any problems which may arise with a property that is not officially registered with Homestay.
